So what is this Francaise Dinner, anyway?

Image
The Francaise Dinner is an annual get-together of folks who love the 18th century. It is a wonderful excuse for a bunch of costumers to dress up in their favorite late 1700s finery and spend an evening enjoying good conversation, fine food, and many laughs. The tradition was started by Kat several years ago, when she had the awesome idea to gather a variety of like-minded people for a formal costumed dinner. Judy and Robin took over the reins the next year, followed by Judy the year after, each time upping the ante with another great installment. This year Maggie , Stephanie , and Gloria have accepted the challenge of organizing, taking inspiration from the amazing efforts that have preceded us. We want this year's dinner to be another great edition of what has become a highlight of the costume event calendar.
