How to Purchase Tickets

Price
Tickets are $65 per person. This fee includes a three course meal, non-alcoholic beverages, one glass of champagne, and one goodie bag. Additional alcoholic drinks can be purchased directly at the bar or from the waitstaff. The ticket price does not include parking, lodging, raffle tickets, or other incidentals.
Information to Include with Your Payment
Please comment in the note portion of Paypal – or in a note with your check – the full names of your party – this will be used to print place cards – and any dietary restrictions.
Payment Deadline
The last day to purchase tickets is April 15, 2022(or earlier if tickets sell out). All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. No time payments or partial payments can be accepted. No tickets will be sold at the door. No one will be admitted without prepayment.
Refunds
We cannot offer refunds after April 15 - this is the day final numbers are due to Gadsby's - unless the event is completely canceled (such as due to inclement weather, see below). Any individual is welcome to sell or transfer their ticket to another person if an emergency or other need arises, but they should notify Jessica of the transaction so we can record the change. I will also be keeping a wait list and can match cancellations with interested buyers.
Inclement Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather, we will work with Gadsby's Tavern to reschedule. However, we cannot guarantee that everyone will be able to make the rescheduled date. No refunds can be offered unless the event is completely canceled and the restaurant cannot accommodate a re-booking. However, we encourage individuals to sell or transfer their ticket if they are unable to attend a rescheduled date.
COVID Policy
Because we are still living in a plague and trying to avoid a superspreader event, I recommend that everyone who can, please take a rapid test the morning of the event to confirm you are probably not asymptomatically contagious. Unfortunately, we are reliant on Gadsby's lead times, so we are not able to do last minute refunds for anyone who does test positive. Mask and vax policies follow Alexandria City, Commonwealth of Virginia, and any additional signage at Gadsby's. COVID risk balancing is unfortunately not yet over, so we're going to do our best to have a safe but fun dinner with some proper mingling.

Paypal is preferred: use the “Send money to
friends and family option” to send your payment to Jessica at
mme.bahorel@laposte.net.
Any charges for not using that option will be your responsibility,
and anything received less than the full price will be
considered an unpaid reservation.
If you prefer to pay by

to arrange payment. Checks must arrive by April 13, 2022, in
order to allow time for payment to clear prior to the ticketing
